College or Organization details (if applicable)

• Impact points or rewards earned
• Participation in events, campaigns, or championships.

1.3 Device Information
When using the RTW app, we may collect:
Device type
Operating system
App version
Device identifiers
Crash reports and diagnostics

1.4 Location Information
With user permission, the app may collect approximate or precise location information to help verify environmental activities, identify nearby initiatives, enable community participation, and improve platform functionality.
Users can disable location permissions at any time through device settings.

1.5 Photos Uploaded by Users
Users may upload photos within the application for purposes such as tree planting verification, growth tracking, and environmental microtask validation. These images may be stored securely and used to verify environmental activities carried out through the platform.

1.6 Camera Access

Users may grant the application permission to access the device camera in order to capture photos for tree planting verification, environmental microtasks, and activity documentation. Camera access is only used when the user chooses to capture images within the application.

1.7 Payment transaction records collected for subscription processing, retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax and financial regulations. Payment card details are not stored by RTW processed entirely by authorised payment processors.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:
Verify and record real-world environmental actions such as tree planting, environmental care, and sustainability activities conducted through the platform.
Create and manage user accounts
Provide access to RTW services and activities
Track environmental impact and contributions
Manage leaderboards, challenges, and championships
Communicate updates, notifications, and announcements
Improve app functionality and user experience
Detect fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform
Comply with legal obligations
To support environmental reporting, partnerships, and impact based loyalty points  programs in collaboration with external organizations where applicable in future.

3. Third-Party Services

RTW may use trusted third-party services to operate the platform, including:
Cloud hosting providers
Analytics services
Authentication providers
Payment service providers (if applicable)
Mapping or location services
These third-party providers only process information necessary to perform their services and are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of user data.
RTW does not sell personal user data to third parties.
RTW does not track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information only in the following situations:

• With service providers supporting the platform
• When required by law or legal authorities
• To protect user safety, rights, or property
• During business restructuring or partnerships

We ensure that any shared data is handled securely and responsibly.

Environmental activity data, such as tree plantation records, location-based activity verification, and sustainability actions, may be shared with environmental organizations, research bodies, or authorized agencies for purposes such as environmental reporting, impact analysis, or carbon credit-related assessments.

Such data is shared in aggregated or anonymized form wherever possible and is not intended to personally identify individual users.

5. Data Security

RTW implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect user information, including:

Access control for sensitive data
Encryption where applicable
Monitoring for unauthorized access
While we strive to protect your information, no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain user data only to:
Provide RTW services
Maintain platform functionality
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
Certain activity-related data such as photos and location verification data may be retained for up to 90 days for verification and platform integrity purposes, after which it may be deleted or anonymized unless required for legal or reporting purposes.

7. User Rights and Control

Users have the right to:
Access their personal information
Update or correct profile details
Request deletion of their account
Withdraw certain permissions (such as location access)
Requests can be made by contacting our support team.
These rights are provided in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To exercise any right, contact the Grievance Officer at support@revivetheworld.com with your name, email, and the right you wish to exercise. RTW will acknowledge within 72 hours and respond within 30 days

8. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account directly from within the Revive The World mobile application. Once the deletion request is confirmed through the in-app confirmation popup, the user’s account and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable laws or regulatory obligations.

However, environmental activity records such as tree plantation entries, environmental actions, or impact contributions may be retained in an anonymized or aggregated form for the purpose of maintaining accurate environmental impact statistics and reporting. These records will no longer be associated with the deleted user account.

9. Children's Privacy

Revive The World (RTW) is designed primarily for students, young adults, and community members. The platform is not intended for independent use by children under the age of 13.
However, children may participate in environmental activities or initiatives available through the platform under the supervision and guidance of a parent, guardian, school, or responsible adult.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental or guardian consent. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a child without appropriate supervision or consent, we will take reasonable steps to remove such information from our systems.
Parents or guardians who believe that their child may have provided personal information through the platform may contact us to request review or deletion of the data.

10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

When using the RTW website, cookies or similar technologies may be used to:
Improve user experience
Analyze platform performance
Store user preferences
Users can control cookie preferences through browser settings.
