Welcome to Revive The World (“RTW”), a climate action platform that enables users to participate in environmental activities including tree planting, micro-tasks, and impact-based challenges.

By accessing or using the RTW mobile application (“App”), website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use RTW.
Users under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent.
RTW reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information.

3. Nature of the Platform
RTW is an environmental participation and impact-tracking platform.

RTW:

Encourages real-world environmental actions
Tracks verified activities using location and photo validation
Provides recognition, badges, rankings, and discretionary rewards
RTW is not:

An investment platform
A gambling platform
A financial returns scheme
A guaranteed income opportunity

4. Contributions & Participation Fees
Certain features of RTW may require a voluntary contribution or participation fee.

By making a contribution, you acknowledge:

Contributions support platform operations and environmental initiatives.
Contributions do not guarantee financial returns.
Contributions may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
RTW reserves the right to modify contribution amounts at any time.

5. Rewards & Incentives
RTW may provide impact-based rewards for verified participation.

Important:

Rewards are discretionary and subject to verification.
Rewards are not guaranteed.
RTW may modify, pause, or discontinue reward structures at any time.
Fraudulent, manipulated, or unverifiable activities will void rewards.
RTW reserves sole discretion in determining reward eligibility.

6. Climate Hero Championship & Competitions
From time to time, RTW may host competitions including the “Climate Hero Championship.”

All competitions:

Have defined eligibility criteria.
Are governed by separate competition rules.
May include ranking systems and recognition awards.
May result in disqualification for rule violations.
RTW’s decision regarding rankings and awards is final.

7. User Responsibilities
By using RTW, you agree:

To perform activities genuinely and safely.
Not to upload manipulated, edited, or fraudulent images.
Not to spoof GPS or location data.
Not to harass other users.
Not to misuse the platform.
Violation may result in:

Account suspension
Reward cancellation
Permanent ban

8. Location & Camera Usage
RTW uses:

Location data (GPS)
Camera access
Photo uploads
Geotagging
These are used for:

Activity verification
Impact tracking
Leaderboards and performance systems
Users may disable permissions, but certain features may not function properly.

9. Safety Disclaimer
Environmental activities involve outdoor participation.

Users acknowledge:

Participation is voluntary.
Users assume all risks associated with physical activities.
RTW is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation.
Users should follow local laws and safety precautions.

10. Data & Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion through:

In-app settings

Upon deletion request:

Personal data will be removed within a reasonable timeframe.
Certain records may be retained as required by law.

11. Intellectual Property
All content within RTW, including:

Logos
Design
Badges
UI/UX
Content
Branding
Are the intellectual property of Revive The World.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or copy materials without permission.

12. Third-Party Services
RTW may use third-party providers for:

SMS services
Cloud storage
Analytics
RTW is not responsible for third-party service interruptions.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RTW shall not be liable for:

Loss of earnings
Loss of opportunity
Data loss
Use of the platform is at your own risk.

14. Termination
RTW may suspend or terminate accounts if:

Terms are violated
Fraud is detected
Activities are manipulated
Legal compliance requires action
Users may also stop using the App at any time.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
