By using RTW, you agree to comply with this document.

1. Authentic Participation

Users must:

Perform activities genuinely and personally.

Upload real, unedited, and recent photographs.

Provide accurate location data.

Follow task instructions carefully.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Submitting edited, manipulated, or reused images

GPS spoofing or falsifying location

Claiming activities not personally performed

Creating duplicate accounts

Artificially inflating rewards or leaderboard positions

RTW reserves the right to:

Remove submitted activities

Withhold rewards

Freeze withdrawals

Suspend or permanently terminate accounts

2. Fair Competition Conduct

For all competitions and leaderboards:

Rankings are based on verified participation.

Manipulation of scoring systems is strictly prohibited.

Reward eligibility depends on compliance with platform rules.

RTW decisions regarding verification, ranking, and disqualification are final.

3. Respectful Community Behavior

Users must:

Treat others with respect.

Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct.

Not impersonate individuals, institutions, or public authorities.

RTW maintains zero tolerance for harmful or unlawful behavior.

4. Responsible Environmental Actions

Users must:

Follow local laws and regulations.

Avoid planting or performing activities on private property without permission.

Avoid restricted, protected, or ecologically sensitive zones.

Use environmentally responsible practices.

RTW encourages sustainable and lawful environmental action.

5. Microtasks Safety & Environmental Responsibility

Certain microtasks may include activities such as:

Picking up litter

Feeding animals or birds

Placing water bowls

Watering plants

Community awareness actions

When performing microtasks, users must:

Ensure their own physical safety.

Avoid handling hazardous, sharp, medical, chemical, or bio-waste materials.

Avoid unsafe locations such as highways, construction zones, or restricted areas.

Not disturb wildlife or feed animals inappropriate or harmful substances.

Ensure that actions do not negatively impact the environment or public safety.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation does not:

Violate public health guidelines

Cause harm to animals

Create environmental imbalance

Endanger themselves or others

RTW does not supervise or direct physical execution of microtasks.
All activities are voluntary and performed at the user’s own discretion and risk.

6. Voluntary Participation

All activities on RTW are:

Voluntary

Self-directed

Conducted at the user’s own discretion

RTW does not assign mandatory tasks or enforce physical participation.

7. Assumption of Risk

Environmental participation may involve outdoor activity.

By participating, users acknowledge that:

They assume full responsibility for their actions.

They must take reasonable safety precautions.

They are responsible for complying with local laws.

RTW is not liable for:

Personal injury

Property damage

Environmental conditions

Third-party disputes

Consequences arising from user negligence

Participation is at the user’s own risk.

8. Minor Participation

Users under 18 years must:

Obtain parental or guardian consent.

Participate under appropriate supervision where necessary.

RTW may restrict certain features for minors.

9. Fraud Prevention & Verification

RTW may use:

Location validation

Timestamp verification

Photo analysis

Manual review processes

If suspicious activity is detected, RTW may:

Delay or decline reward processing

Freeze withdrawals

Suspend or permanently remove accounts

10. Platform Integrity

Users may not:

Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the app.

Use bots, automation tools, or scripts.

Circumvent verification systems.

Serious violations may result in legal action.

11. No Employment or Investment Relationship

Participation in RTW:

Does not create employment.

Does not constitute investment.

Does not guarantee financial return.

Rewards are discretionary and subject to verification.
