ReviveTheWorld Foundation is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (India) as a not-for-profit entity dedicated to environmental and community development initiatives.
This policy explains how voluntary contributions are accepted and utilized.
1. Nature of Voluntary Contributions
RTW may provide users and supporters the option to make voluntary contributions, which may range from ₹500 to ₹1,00,000 or more.
Such contributions:
Are entirely voluntary and discretionary.
Are not mandatory for participation in the RTW platform.
Do not constitute investment, deposit, or savings.
Do not create ownership, equity, or financial entitlement.
All voluntary contributions are directed to ReviveTheWorld Foundation for environmental and community-focused initiatives.
2. Use of Contributions
Voluntary contributions may be used for:
Tree plantation and maintenance programs
Environmental awareness campaigns
Community engagement activities
Operational and implementation costs of environmental initiatives
Support for impact-based incentive pools, as determined by the Foundation
Allocation decisions are made by ReviveTheWorld Foundation in accordance with its objectives and legal framework.
3. No Financial Return or Profit Expectation
Voluntary contributions:
Do not guarantee financial return or payout.
Do not entitle contributors to proportional distribution of funds.
Do not create a profit-sharing arrangement.
Any impact-based rewards distributed through the RTW platform are discretionary and governed separately under the Impact Rewards Disclaimer.
4. Recognition & Acknowledgment
RTW may provide recognition, acknowledgment, or contributor status within the platform.
Such recognition:
Is symbolic and non-financial.
Does not guarantee increased reward eligibility.
Does not alter reward calculations or withdrawal eligibility.
5. Separation from Subscription
The ₹299 monthly subscription offered within the RTW platform:
Is a participation-based platform access fee.
Is separate from voluntary contributions.
Voluntary contributions are not required to access subscription features.
6. Refunds
Voluntary contributions are generally non-refundable, except in cases of:
Duplicate payment
Technical error
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
