Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy

1. Overview

This Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy governs recurring subscription payments, cancellations, billing matters, and reward-related financial transactions made through the Revive The World (“RTW”) platform.

By subscribing to RTW, you agree to this policy.

2. Monthly Paid Access (₹299)

RTW offers a recurring monthly subscription priced at ₹299.

The subscription provides access to:

Participation in environmental initiatives

Impact tracking features

Community challenges and leaderboards

Eligibility for impact-based rewards

The subscription:

Is billed monthly

Automatically renews unless cancelled

Grants access for one billing cycle (approximately 30 days)

Subscription fees support platform operations and environmental initiatives.

3. Auto-Renewal Terms

By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly billing of ₹299 through the selected payment method.

Auto-renewal will continue unless:

Cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through:

Their Apple App Store account settings (for iOS users via Apple Inc.)

Their Google Play account settings (for Android users via Google LLC)

Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

Upon cancellation:

Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

No prorated refunds are provided for unused time.

Future renewals are stopped.

If cancellation occurs after renewal billing has been processed, that billing cycle remains non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy
A. Subscription Payments

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

Duplicate charge due to technical error

Payment deducted but subscription access was not granted

Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

B. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind

Partial usage of subscription period

Inactivity during subscription

Failure to earn rewards

Dissatisfaction with leaderboard ranking

Account suspension due to Terms violations

Subscription fees are considered payment for platform access and participation eligibility.

C. App Store & Google Play Purchases

If subscription payments are processed through:

Apple Inc. App Store

Google LLC Google Play

Refunds are subject to the respective store’s policies.

Users must request refunds directly through their Apple or Google account.

RTW does not override or control store-level refund decisions.

6. Impact Rewards & Withdrawals

RTW may provide impact-based rewards for verified participation.

Important:

Rewards are discretionary and not guaranteed.

Subscription payment does not guarantee reward earnings.

Reward eligibility depends on activity verification and compliance checks.

Users may request withdrawal of eligible reward balances subject to:

Identity verification (KYC, if required)

Fraud screening and compliance review

Minimum withdrawal threshold

RTW reserves the right to:

Delay or decline withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected

Withhold rewards obtained through manipulation or fraud

Suspend accounts involved in abuse

Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 3–10 business days, depending on banking timelines.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a user initiates a chargeback without first contacting RTW:

Account access may be temporarily suspended

Pending rewards may be frozen

Users are encouraged to contact support before raising payment disputes.

8. Changes to Pricing

RTW reserves the right to update subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

Continued use of the platform after pricing changes constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.
